Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs for all orders.
All products from Velora are delivered 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value.
Because we offer free worldwide shipping, delivery times may be slightly longer than you may be used to.
Processing Time
After an order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it.
This includes order verification, quality control, and careful packaging to ensure the correct size and defect-free condition of each item.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
We do our best to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.
To do so, please contact our support team via the contact page within this 1-hour window. This also applies if you wish to change the size or variant before your order enters processing.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. At Velora, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to assist you.
How do I return (part of) my order?
You may return your products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the product value within 5 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return steps:

Email support@veloraoutfit.com stating that you wish to return (part of) your order.

Wait for confirmation from our support team that the return has been approved.

Securely package the product, preferably in its original packaging.

Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Send the Track & Trace code to our customer support.

After receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sealed products if the seal has been broken

Custom-made or personalized items

Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

Items from the categories Beauty, Kids & Baby, and Sports, due to hygiene regulations
Return Address
Returns are processed through our supplier’s return address.

Late Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately in our system.
Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation window are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure a quick resolution, email us a clear photo of the damage, preferably taken on a flat surface and showing both the defect and the product label.
If the item is confirmed as damaged:

We will send a replacement free of charge

Refunds are not offered for damaged items unless the replacement is also damaged

If the replacement arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued

Manufacturing defects may appear over time and must be genuine production faults.
